The mini dessert consists of mini meringues, profiteroles, custard trifle, mini apple pies, cheesecake etc

I can also do a selection of canapes. It works out at about 4 pieces for €5 per person. It consists of a selection of smoked salmon on brown bread, cold chicken tikka mini vol au vents, quenelles of pate, melon with parma ham, prawn barquettes with marie rose sauce etc.
